This is the planned schedule for 2024.
Times and events are subject to change depending on how things go throughout the weekend.

Friday

*IMPORTANT* ABSOLUTELY NO ONE can arrive before 5:30. The camp has another event happening on Friday and they need time to leave before we can arrive. DO NOT arrive before 5:30pm on Friday. You will be told to leave.

  • 5:30 pm – Campers and Staff Arrive/ Set up (tent field)
  • 6:00 to 7:00 – Dinner (lodge)
  • 7:00 to 7:30 – Introductions and Rules (lodge)
  • 7:30 to 8:30 – Voice Off / Icebreakers (lodge/outside picnic tables)
  • 7:30 to 9:30 – Fire
  • 10 pm – Lights Off and Quiet Time in Camp Field

Saturday

Morning
  • 6:30 to 8:00 am – Breakfast (lodge)
  • 7:15 to 8 am – Yard games (waterfront/ picnic tables)
  • 7:30 to 8:00 – Silent Yoga (deck)
    • Bring your own mat or towel!
  • 8:15 – Firing Squad (under the lodge deck)
  • 8:45 to 9:45 – Deaf Deaf World (outdoor picnic tables/ basketball court)
  • 10:00 to 11:00 – ASL Painting with Elise Crawford (25 person capacity – Sign up in lodge – first come, first served) (art cabin)
  • 10:00 to 11:00 – Intermediate ASL Games (outdoor picnic area/basketball court)
  • 12:00 to 1:00 pm – Lunch (lodge)
Afternoon
  • 1:00 to 4:00 pm – Waterfront Open
    • 2:00 to 2:30 pm = Water Wars (medium shallow end)
    • 3:30 to 4:00 pm – Watermelon Game (medium shallow end)
    • Volleyball (beach)
  • 1:00 to 4:00 – Self led small group games (picnic tables)
  • 1:00 to 2:00 – ASL Painting with Elise Crawford (25 person capacity – Sign up in lodge – first come, first served) (art cabin)
  • 2:30 to 3:30 – ASL Painting with Elise Crawford (25 person capacity – Sign up in lodge – first come, first served) (art cabin)
  • 2:30 to 3:30 – DeafBlind Presentation with Lisa Flaherty-Vaughn (lodge)
  • 4:30 to 5:30 – DeafBlind Immersion Activity with Jesse Stanley and Kim Powers (meet on deck)
  • 4:30 to 5:30 – Communication games (side yard near art cabin)
Evening
  • 5:30 to 6:30 pm – Dinner (under lodge deck and outdoor picnic tables)
  • 7:15 – Group pictures (beach)
  • 7:30 to 9:30 –Fireside Stories, Deaf Jokes and S’mores
  • 7:30 – Quiet games and chatting in lodge
  • 8:00 to 9:00 – Protactile Social and Games (lodge)
  • 10 pm – Lights Off and Quiet Time in Camp Field

Sunday

  • 6:30 to 8:00 am – Breakfast (lodge)
  • 7:15 to 8:00 – Table games and deck jenga (lodge deck)
  • 8:00 to 9:00 – Bingo (lodge)
  • 9:15 to 10:00 – Blindfold spatula game (lodge)
  • 10:00 to 11:00 – Voice on and Discussion (lodge)
  • 11:00 – Pack up and depart
